Yoro needs a licence key to open.
It is emailed to you the moment you buy, to the address you used at checkout.

Installing
- Run the installer you just downloaded.
- Windows will warn that the publisher is unrecognised. Choose More info, then Run anyway. We have not bought a code-signing certificate yet, and we would rather tell you plainly than have you wonder whether something is wrong.
- Open Yoro and paste your licence key when it asks. It is checked on your own machine, offline — no account, and nothing sent back to us.
Your key works on up to two of your own machines. Reinstalling on a machine you have already activated never costs you a slot.
What you need
- Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. macOS is not supported yet.
- A microphone, and permission for Yoro to hear your system audio — that is how it follows the interviewer's side of the call.
- Either a local model, which is free and runs entirely on your machine, or your own cloud API key. Cloud keys live in your operating system's credential store and are never sent to us.
- Room for the speech model Yoro fetches on first run.
Updates
Yoro checks for updates itself and installs them only after verifying a cryptographic signature, so you should not need to come back here. You can always re-download the current version from this page.

Email support@yoro.software and we will sort it out. If Yoro does not work on a supported system and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you can have a full refund within 14 days — see the refund policy.
