Most of what Yoro does happens on your computer and never leaves it. When something does go to an AI provider, it goes with your key, to a provider you chose, and we never see it.

Is this cheating?

Yoro is a preparation and support tool. It does not hide from or defeat proctoring or exam-integrity systems, and we will not build it to. You are responsible for following the rules of any interview or assessment you take.

Does my data leave my computer?

By default, no. Audio, transcripts and answers stay on your machine. Data only goes to an AI provider if you add your own key and ask for a cloud answer, and it goes to that provider, not to us.

Do I need a paid AI subscription?

No. You can run a fully local model for free. For the hardest questions you can bring your own cloud key, and several providers have generous free tiers.

Which platforms are supported?

Windows 10 and 11 today. A Linux version is in the works. macOS is planned for later.

How does activation work?

You paste a licence key once. It is verified on your own machine, offline, with no account and nothing sent to us. After that, the app is yours to run.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If Yoro does not work on a supported system and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you can request a full refund within 14 days. See the refund policy.
